Mikie Funland opened as one of Mikie Holiday Resort's facilities on October 10, 2000, serving both resort guests and day visitors. Located on the main Medan–Berastagi highway, Mikie Funland is a premier tourist attraction in Berastagi, featuring cool mountain air at an altitude of over 1,400 meters above sea level. Mikie Funland is also the first outdoor family amusement park in North Sumatra.
